HOW TO ORDER

Our Products only include Headwear (Cap, Hat, Visor, Beanie and Scarf)

All Orders and enquiries will be by email only. A response will be provided in the quickest available time.

Email Us your order and artwork together with full instructions (eg. cap style, pms colours, logo sizing and placement..etc) to : order@hatstar.com.au or fax us your order at 1300 077 918

Terms and Conditions:

1. Minimum quantity must be 300 pcs, minimum repeat orders are 300 pcs. All quotes will be based in AUD. Prepaid payment required before despatch of goods from warehouse.

2. Sample requires 2 ~ 3 weeks. First sample is free of charge. If more than 1 sample is required charges are AUD30 each. If changes are made, the first swatch image will be free of charge. If a physical is required again, a fee of AUD60 will be charged (Sample and FeDex fee). If job requires further change, email images of swatches or physical sample will incur AUD60 either way. The job will also be re-quoted based on the changes made.

3. If an order is cancelled during sample stage, a AUD60 charged will incur. If however an order is cancelled during production, the cancellation fee will be calculated by the cost of materials and labour invested during the time of production. If cancellation occurs before production began than only the sample fee of AUD60 is applicable.

4.Sea Freight Delivery time after approval: 10 ~ 12 weeks. Air Freight Delivery time after approval: 5 ~ 6 Weeks
Note: If product requires fabric dyeing or special decorations the production time will be extended.

5. All quotation includes free delivery to metro areas in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne. Additional AUD0.10 per piece to SA Metro and addtional AUD0.15 per piece to WA Metro.
Freight cost is charged accordingly for all other areas.
